Founded and led by team of NHS consultant radiologists, our team consists of radiologists, doctors, surgeons, non-clinicians, product people and technologists, who have come together to solve the hard problems that prevent patients from being diagnosed quickly. We are looking for a colleague to join what is truly a mission, without the false hype. The Role  We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for internal operations.  We have built an engine to run the day-to-day operations of our teleradiology business.  It is highly complex, and leverages a logistics-like DNA, algorithms, ML and LLM to support our operations, finance, customer success and other teams who are on the front lines of ensuring patient diagnostic orders are handled at the highest quality and speed.  It requires someone to focus on execution of the relevant strategic initiatives and roadmap items as set by the Head of Product.  This role reports to the Head of Product. Day to day you might….  •  Focus on understanding your operations users, and spotting problems and opportunities to improve value for them, our clients and ultimately patients. • Formulate hypotheses and gather insights through interviews, prototypes, experiments and data. • Enforce the discipline of keeping the focus on the problems that are being solved as an underlying basis for shaping product decisions, prioritisation, resource allocation and measuring value.  This will be the hardest – there are a lot of must and should dos (never mind the could dos and nice to haves) that still require hard decisions against time and capacity. • Ensure delivery of items on the product roadmap at pace, track progress and continuously refine priorities. • Collaborate with engineering on technically complex areas • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure the operations platform supports diagnostic quality, revenue and growth goals. • Set and leverage KPIs to know what success looks like and to spot when things are not going to plan • Model excellence in product management and delivering against the core mission in alignment with company values. Table stakes, You have  • 5+ years in product manager roles with solid foundations in agile, lean, user-centric thinking, user research and discovery, data analysis, and UX-focused design. • 5+ years in high-performance SaaS B2B workflow and/or internal operations platforms. • You have the ability to execute at direction and collaborate with other product managers where work may have cross-area impacts be intellectually honest about what’s working and not working, and make adjustments or pivots in a timely manner based on reasonable hypotheses toggle between the big picture and the details, the analytical and creative understand complexities, but communicate those complexities in a simple manner triage and adapt flexibly in the face of the unexpected, and to keep focus on priorities adeptly navigate complex technical and data issues separate AI-buzz and flash from AI applications that offer step-change value creation deliver well organised and effective written and oral communication explain your thinking and decisions so that stakeholders and colleagues outside the product organisation understand the nexus to the mission, solving problems for customers and users, and commercial goals. be receptive to and incorporate feedback be flexible in tooling and ways of working, prioritising effective outcomes Nice to have • experience grounded in the hard skills of UX design, prototyping, user research and data analysis. • Clinical, NHS or radiology experience.
