About the Job
HeartStamp is building the world's first truly personalized tactile consumer good platform, powered by generative AI models with RAG architecture. Our B2C platform transforms a simple idea into a premium-quality, print-ready design in seconds. Users can generate finished product in any art style, upload their own AI-generated artwork, morph images into vintage aesthetics, and add premium embellishments. We launch our MVP in March 2026. We have a team of 21 globally located all stars working like beehive 6 days a week. In our pursuit to constantly level up, We have room for one more before we GTM... the right PM.
This is not a typical e-commerce PM role. You'll be shaping the consumer experience at the intersection of generative AI and physical product fulfillment—a space with almost no established playbooks. We need a product manager who obsesses over the user, translates qualitative insights into quantitative hypotheses, and builds delightful experiences that convert browsers into buyers. Skill is more important than experience we want someone that can bring force multiplying powers to the table. This could be your ultimate level-up opportunity but be ready to prove it.

*• Funnel Optimization:* Map the complete user journey from discovery through purchase and repeat engagement. Identify drop-off points and prioritize interventions based on impact and effort.
*• Weekly Reporting:* Share a weekly funnel update with core metrics and top priorities. Provide experiment readouts with baseline, hypothesis, results, and decisions.
