Free Gift Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This Free Gift Promotion is run by Pendo.io UK Ltd ("Promoter") and is open to individuals who i)
are at least 18 years old and ii) register for #mtpcon London 2025 ("Event") via the Mind the Product website
(https://www.mindtheproduct.com/) during the Free Gift Promotion Period.
2. Free Gift Promotion: Anyone who purchases (i) a general admission ticket or (ii) a general admission +
workshop ticket during the Free Gift Promotion Period will receive the following ("Free Gift"):
i) An invitation to an exclusive virtual Q&A with Matt LeMay after the Event. (“Q&A”); and
ii) A copy of Mind the Product’s Greatest Hits of #mtpcon.
3. Free Gift Promotion Period: The offer is valid from February 3 rd , 2025, until February 28 th , 2025. The
Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the Free Gift Promotion Period at their discretion.
4. Free Gift Collection: Event attendees will receive the Free Gifts as follows:
i) Details on how to access the Q&A will be emailed closer to the Q&A date.
ii) The digital copy of Mind the Product’s Greatest Hits of #mtpcon will be available immediately after a
successful ticket purchase. A download link will be included in the confirmation message.

5. Non-Transferable: The Free Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash alternative, and is not
for resale.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for any Free Gifts not received following a successful
Ticket purchase. Additionally, the Promoter reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Q&A at its discretion
and will not be liable for any losses resulting from any delays or cancellations.
7. Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this Free Gift Promotion will be processed as
set out in the Promoter's privacy policy (https://www.mindtheproduct.com/privacy/).
8. Promoter's Rights: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend the Free Gift Promotion
or these terms and conditions at any time without notice if it becomes necessary to do so.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
