Will you share the recordings and write ups from the Roadshow?
Yes, on 24th July we will be releasing a Roadshow Encore site with recordings. Write ups have already started to be released on our website, and we’ll continue to do so every week.

  Yes. All talks will be in English.
  Why a joint event with Pendo?
  Mind the Product joined Pendo in February 2022, with a goal to provide even more opportunities for the product management community to gather, learn and engage. Pendomonium and #mtpcon are beloved events by our respective attendees – we wanted to bring the best of both to two new cities this year, while still stopping in our hometown of London. Attendees should expect the same quality of content they are used to from #mtpcon with some added fun. We value the feedback from our community, so we look forward to hearing your thoughts!

  Can I pay for my ticket(s) by invoice?
  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment via invoice. Please purchase your tickets directly on our ticketing website.
  Do you offer discounts for students, startups, non-profits, etc?
  The only discounts we offer are Early Bird tickets, which are now sold out, and buy 3 tickets and get the fourth ticket free.
  Can I change the details on my ticket?
  Yes, but only the current ticket holder can do this.
  You can update your ticket details up to two days before the event, including name, job title, etc. Please make sure these details are correct as they will be what is shown on your online event profile and in-person event badge.
  You can change the details associated with your ticket by clicking the “Already registered” link on our Cvent Event info page. Enter your confirmation number and click “Modify registration” on the Cvent Confirmation page.
  This will take you back through the registration process. Work through and amend the “Attendee information” section(name, surname and email address etc) and click “Next” to continue. Once you are sure everything is correct, click “Finish” to confirm the changes.

  If I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

  We offer a full refund up to one month before the event. To request a refund, please email hello@mindtheproduct.com with your confirmation number, putting “Refund” in the subject line. Alternatively, you can arrange for your ticket to be transferred to a colleague.

  I can no longer attend, can I transfer the ticket to my colleague?

  Yes, but only the current ticket holder can do this.
  You will be able to transfer your ticket to a colleague by clicking the “Already registered” link in our Cvent Event info page, you will need to enter your confirmation number and click “Transfer ticket” on the Cvent Confirmation page. You will be asked to enter name, surname and email address of the person you are transferring the ticket to. Once you have filled out the information, click “Submit” to confirm.

  How do I get to each venue?

  Amsterdam, Capital C Weesperplein 4B, 1018 XA Amsterdam Netherlands. The venue is located at the Weesperplein in Amsterdam and is easily accessible via the Wibautstraat (Knowledge Mile), via Weteringschans or the Stadshouderskade.

  Are there any volunteering opportunities?

  Volunteering is a great opportunity to experience the conference and meet other like-minded people, we are so happy to have volunteers! It’s also a fantastic opportunity to meet some key product people including members of the Mind the Product and Pendo team, and speakers.

  You must be available for the full day – it is a lot of hard work, but it is a lot of fun. We have a small number of spaces available for every event and give priority to our alumni volunteers. Please email hello@mindtheproduct.com if you are interested, and we will be in touch closer to the time to let you know if space is available.
